Expansion device

With the DX series being so expensive, with not wanting to span your pool across to the attached device, why by the expansion vs buying a new one?

I am tired of monthly fees, but don’t want to pirate.

I’d love to stop paying monthly fees for all my streaming services. I feel like I have gone cost wise back to pre wire cutter days. I don’t want to pirate stuff. I would, however, like to buy and own my ebooks, music, and videos. I would like to be able to lend them like we used to do, to our family and friends to read a book, or listen to a CD.

Are there legal ways to buy ebooks, music, and movies to self host? Not like buy and keep in the cloud, but buy, download and serve myself?

One speaker, plays the whole house

Need some help. I have multiple devices across the house. My kids use the Sonos voice control in their room. When they do, it plays the whole house. I’ve played with all the settings and I feel like I’m still missing one. I made sure to disconnect them all from each other, they are not in the same group…etc. What am I missing?

A little help here...923+ not booting

I was trying to set up a VM machine last night. Installed it, it required me to turn on a network setting V Open something something. And then my box just died. It won't boot. Nothing.

I can pull out the drives and get the machine to stay on, but the status light blinks. I imagine because it is looking for drives.

Can't access DSM. It stays on with the fans blowing, but all the lights are out. What to do?

…how often do you saturate your ISP? I have 500 mb and my UniFi system says max 38% of my bandwidth was used. They keep asking me if I want 1 gig. I can’t justify it.
