What would be good matchups for Obama, Trump, and Biden aside from their respective election opponents?

Think of how Roosevelt went against Churchill for being famously strong willed world leaders rather than his opponents Alton B Parker or Woodrow Wilson

And not counting Scrooge for Trump, since that was before his presidency changed how people saw him

Matchups you were surprised to find out were stomps?

About a year ago, around the time the Fan Battle came out, I wasn't (and I'm still not) much of a scaler, so I figured that Cell, being a Dragon Ball character, would have a fair shot at beating Metal. I was a bit confused at the backlash the Fan Battle got.
No, I somehow didn't figure "Sonic VS Goku is debatable, Metal is comparable to Sonic, while Cell is way weaker than current Goku"
