Are these good to eat?

Fairly certain they are safe and show all signs that ive found to show they good. But this is my first time eating a wild mushroom and just want to be 100% sure. Ive already researched proper cooking and prepping but just wondering if theres anything extra I should know about.

Was inspired to decorate a bag after reading this peak.

2nd photo is what I started with (honestly amazing base, found used on depop for 22 bucks, almost 100% sure it was already homeade because of the unique techniques fabrics and amount of pockets on it)

I started with adding some brass studs, then with watered down paint went over the whole bag on the edges and stuff to make it look used (idk if its noticeable in photo) Then made a bunch of pins that match the vibe. I had some spare leather bits i used to make buckles and other bits, along with a 60s pocket watch chain and key. The patches were a bit of a pain to sew on as they are above pockets but they turned out sick, and are made of Burlap to give off that homeade depression vibe where people was using potato sacks n shit. I also had some old buttons I added here and there.

In the future def plan on doing more patches and random stuff but pins fill the places nicely for now. A patch of the kettenkrad would be pretty sick 🤔

But in total about 7 hours of work (but I was being picky with painting and made extra pins so could've been shorter)

Made a clean high quality png of a old shirt design.

Im very picky with anime merch and lowk the only Haruhi shirt I would wanna wear regularly was this design, but it seems to be an old pretty pricy shirt now. Only repro I could find was a dude overcharging.

So I found a decent quality listing and upscaled and removed the background and then went in with photoshop and touched it up a bit. Its imposible to get it perfect without a scan but I think it turned out in use, unoticeable from a official shirt.

If you want one yourself, just download the second image and find a place to print it, I used aliexpress cuz i live out in the middle of nowhere.

If its allowed on here and yall are interested I could put it on redbubble.

Shirt designed by me!

Lowk forgot to post this when it came in so its worn in a bit. If yall check my previous posts you can find the design. Def the most advanced graphic design ive done. Got it printed online for like 18 bucks, 3rd photo is the back design. Text is just random entry and facts from wiki.

Made these a while back.

Other reddit doesn't allow more than 1 photo so im posting here.

I got a dumb amount of cassettes for super cheap a while back and made a bunch of mockups of music I like to display. These were some I made that feature my favorite songs.

u/Water1241 — 8 days ago

Long time ago made some homeade cassettes

Might go back and do a paper kingdom and mag gear one at some point. But I was beyond broke at the time so to have any merch I made these. Some are bootlegs but alot I did design myself cuz the artwork was blurry or they didnt have releases like I think conventional weapons and danger days didnt have cassettes at the time. But the tapes were 10 or so cents a piece so they were very cheap to make

Some of them have extra music cuz I had extra space. The 2 tbpid cassettes are different sets if youre curious.

This dont got a physical release in English so I made it myself

Thank you fan translators 🙏 although im not sure if volume 2 is fully translated, if it is tell me and ill make it too.

But a lil while ago I learned how to make my own manga and when I finished this show ik I had to make the anthology comic.

Its japanese sized and uses a jp slipcover which I prefer. If I wasnt lowk lazy I would have made a design for it but I didnt feel like it ngl.

Shit was so peak it got me making a military model

Had to numb the pain by doing something 😭

Def the hardest papercraft ive done, but it was worth it for this peak. Only issue is that it was only 1 sheet so it small asf but lowk it cute so I dont mind. Instructions are ass and theres 1 3ds quality video of putting it together, shit had me feeling like the girls trying to decipher ancient relics. P.S templates weren't made by me

Sure yall seen this type of post a million times. But just finished this and have to share my thoughts.

Warning: this is my thoughts litterally 2 hours after finishing it (aka after I could use my brain again after it being fried from crying) so my thoughts my not be perfect and are definitely going to evolve but I have to share anyway.

Just wow. I have watched a ton of stellar shows. But this one might just be THE most unique I have ever seen, closest comparisons are mayybbee the road by Cormac McCarthy and general liminal space type media but even those I can only compare very loosely.

Not only did so many parts of this anime crush me but the way they structure the show I believe tells its theme perfectly. You will go from a calming fun scene, and for a second feel like youre watching a slice of life and then get reminded of the cruel reality, but its never a straight punch to the face. Even the moment where the plane fails turned out to be ok. This show/manga bets everything on the viewer having empathy for these girl's situation. The saddest moments like the rain one, for them is a nice moment but we understand how heartbreaking this meaning so much to them is. I respect the respect that the author has for us.

And then that ending, it has to be one of the best I have ever seen in my life. Not only are those desolate vibes turned up to 10 but by the last volume it really starts setting in that these girls probably aren't going to make it. Im watching the creep closer and closer and as they start to accept it, even 3 chapters before im already shedding tears, by the last chapter im crying before anything has happened, it felt like when a pets about to be put down. Which is exactly what shocked me about how I felt about this ending.

Im glad they died, I know that sounds crazy but as it whent on and it became so clear that there was NO hope left. I knew they could only last so long, they could only find happiness aslong as they had a goal. I knew that if they kept living after reaching it, that it wouldnt be living at all. So in a way im happy that they found joy in their depressing lives and went out with that flame still there. I still have a void in my heart, but I know it would be worse if they kept on living in a world of only themselves.

I have never seen a show tackle the meaning of life in such a good way, it doesn't scream ideologies at you, or force you to analyze every word, it does what I believe makes the visual artform of manga and anime so great. It makes you FEEL what they are trying to say, they show you how in the end when chi is scared whether she was wrong that it doesn't matter. You can make your own meaning and fulfill yourself, and make your own happiness.

Right now im at a weird part in my life where im having to gain alotnof those responsibilities of being an adult. I find myself becoming detached sometimes, feeling like every day despite nothing bad happening I just wonder what the point of it is. I dont know exactly why I get this way sometimes but most of the time I remember the good days I have and the things I love and the things i have yet to experience, and in 30 minutes pretty so im fine again.

This show made me think about alot of that, the name of it is the last tour. In a way it feels like they see a little bit of everything then when they've seen enough and reached the final area it ends. It spoke to me, like any good media, i saw myself in them. Sometimes it feels like im living just because there is stuff i still want to do, and I think my thoughts are, is that enough? Is living because someday I want to go to japan, or fall in love or hell just cause theres still shows I wanna watch really a purpose in life? But after watching this, I feel a little more content. I know very well these thoughts won't vanish and that having them is probably normal and a chance to grow. And vocalizing these thoughts is incredibly hard so this is almost guaranteed to be incoherent.

I was gonna end this with a moral message, but I realize that, the lessons this story tells aren't crazy hard to find it just manages to tell them in a perfect way that conveys it without preaching.

I know this is a show/manga I will continue to reflect on for years to come.

How hard is it to have it cut out a template?

If I got one do I just go into a software and it detects the outlines? And how perscise are they? I wouldnt mind doing some computer work but any more than 5 minutes setting up a template would be a little much for me.

Uncovered these amazing graphig templates, NO GLUE NEEDED

A couple tips:

You just cut out the shapes and slit the solid lines so you can put the tabs in them.

For the arms you fold at the lines and put them between the head and body, same with the lil black triangle peice thingy for minamimoto, which looks like a lil collar.

I def reccomend a hobby knife but you could do it with just scissors. (Comment if you need help and Ill try to help)

How I found them:

So recently ive been getting into a specific kind of papercraft which are based on a popular Japanese brand called "graphig"

Pretty much they are simple crafts that dont require any glue (although sometimes it helps). They are to my knowledge the only line other than cubeecraft that dont require glue. Which in my opinion they look infinitely better them. Only problem is that because 99% of their popularity is in japan they are very hard to find large amounts of templates in the US.

So of course instead of settling with the ones I found on Pinterest and deviant art like a normal person my ass decided to start searching in Japanese with a VPN through Twitter and blogs etc. That is when I was shocked to find these 2, and to my knowledge its the only minamimoto papercraft out there.

Credit and other crafts:

THE TEMPLATES WERE NOT MADE BY ME, they were found at this link https://seiga.nicovideo.jp/seiga/im3516371 although I think you may need a vpn to access it

Ts too expensive so I made it myself

Wanted to read these but prices were silly so I learned how to make manga instead. This is the 4th manga ive made but the first that wasnt a 4 panel one so cutting was much trickier and the thickness had me worrying but a 5 dollar bottle of tacky glue did the trick fine. The spine ugly asf but good thing I love slipcovers, I can Crack the spine all I want now.

I tried my best to emulate the omnibus style but looking back, Im pretty sure in America yen press does the releases not kr comics, but I think the gradient and logo look pretty good for 10 minutes in photopea, ngl was too lazy to edit the front cover so its just the usual one and the back was a photo edited to look a bit more like a scan, so maybe at some point ill redo the slipcover.

But even with its imperfections im still very happy with how it turned out, for it being my first manga that is a simple short comic strip style one I think its great.

P.S ignore my dusty rug, ive been doing a Lotta crafts so its a lil messy and needs cleaned.
