Got some mods that are bloody, fun, or have quality of life updates /weapons?

Whenever I try to install a new mod.(Mod.io) It won't install and instead shows the hourglass icon with no progress, what do I do?

I think far cry new dawn is a decent sequel to far cry 5, but other people seem to hate this game. If you hate far cry new dawn can you tell me your reasoning?

I have been trying to liberate this 3 star outpost for HOURS and I just can't do it, I hate it so much.

When I fight them, they don't try to dodge attacks they just take it. Id also like another mod where they beg for mercy or something before they die

I have a few mods, and for some reason whenever I stab or slash an enemy, they start burning and eventually catches on fire. I want to torture them and stab them to death slowly but with this I can't do that, any fixes?

Like more moves and stuff instead of just speeding them up, I want a mod that offers diversity and stuff and it'd be cool

I'm kind of broke right now and my budget is 1000 😅 anyone got advice or any links to a good pc that fits my budget? Thanks!
