My friend, Ribhi, is set to start the fall semester at university (in Gaza) on Wednesday. Tuition totaled $400, of which he has paid half. This is the PayPal link for his friend in France (she is able to transfer the funds to Ribhi).

The video above is from August 5. We were chatting when the occupation bombed near his displacement camp in the Rimal area. I love this kid, and I believe higher education is one of the last remaining lifelines for the future of Palestinians.

Yousef received 2 donations - life-saving donations - when I posted here for him last month.

Yousef, his wife, and 6 kids (including twins who were born into the war) live in a tent near Rimal. I have known Yousef and other members of his extended family for over 2 years. We chat daily.

I cover the monthly rent for the land upon which the tent sits, and some months I am able to help with groceries . . .but not this month.

I manage several campaigns for families in Gaza. I am urgently pleading for help on behalf of 2 of them.

Donations have become smaller and fewer since the "ceasefire" was announced last October. My hope is that if enough kind souls set up recurring donations, these families can continue to survive.
