What do you suppose the attorneys are doing this weekend.

The Judge has said he doen't want the attorneys accusing one another, he just wants the fact. He now threatens the attorneys, will not state the facts, does not give them a chance to be heard. There is something that stinks about this case , the Judge has pointed the finger at himself. Sure this leads to more dirt being dug up. There's a rumor that Brian Albert and Judge Gildea were co- defendants in a case in 2024. Does anyone have a case number? We don't want to be spreading something which is not true. I can't imagine the attorneys are all gonna just let this slide. The judges remarks have the potential to prejudice someone in the jury pool. Depending on what side of this case you support, you are going to allow yourself to believe that the leak occured on the other side. I have already decided where I believe the leak DID NOT originate from. Until I am shown more, my opinion will not change. This is not good.

Now Everyone is going to wonder who leaked what.

Threats promises and a long patriotic speech. Until someone says what's been leaked, and who leaked it, I am going to assume that (based on his character as portrayed in his interviews, testimony and documents released) Proctor let the information leak, hoping that some would believe Karen's team leaked it. Unless someone proves otherwise that's my opinion. This idea of giving a blanket acquisition and threats and promises, with no proof or investigation casts a very dark shadow over the legal system.

"Sunday Morning Coming Down"

Coffee by myself and my two dogs. Over time I narrowed down the list of streamers on here commenting on Karen's case. I immediately opted out of those who smoke or vape during their podcasts. Next I edited out those who always seem to be in conflict with someone a lot of the time. Then there is one attorney who seems to think the justice system is just great and is VERY hesistant to criticise the system. For example he explains everything in detail but does not seem to be upset at the likes of Brennan and his attempts to decieve the court - kind of explains it away. Lawyers, judges should be given no more leeway in and out of the courtroom than the rest of us. He seems more worried about his law license than the difference between right and wrong. Turtleboy has been very helpful, that's an understatement, to Karen's case. However, I don't like his lifestyle or his politics. If he kept those to himself, I would probably watch.

Now to a list of those I watch, well just because! Emily See, Brother Counsel, Broken Baker, Nurse Kim and just about any podcaster when Mark Bederow is on. Coming back to the title, I rarely watched Nurse Kim except for her Sunday Mornings with Mark. I am not the least bit interested in sports but I even enjoyed the sports talk part of their podcast. Two very different personalities, but it worked and was natural. I watched her exit interview, I don't know who Jess is, never heard of her, and I didn't understand at all what she was talking about. I did understand she was saying goodbye. I hope she will reconsider. Her Sunday morning thing was a regular part of my weekly schedule.

Adam Deitch

If you live and have a vote in September, look at what Deitch is talking about. He is the only person running who states that he will do all he can to get to the bottom of these accusations against the DA, the Troopers and others. I live in Texas where there is likely just as much dirt, so it's important to me that Adam Deitch get elected.

Coleen Crawford

Attorney Cori Hopkins has just won her appeal to receive Coleen Crawford emails, not sure about texts and other documents but it seems likely. When all of this stuff ends up with the Attorneys for Karen Read, the corruption will be among the biggest stories in our history. This story keeps getting bigger and bigger. It has and will keep getting worse for all those who oppose Karen Read! Seems like these cops, McCabes and Alberts and others, will need to run further than Moxie Gore in Maine. Coleen Crawford’s business partner was Massachusetts State Police Lieutenant John Fanning. [1] Together, they co-owned a private data and forensics company called Expert Data Analysis, LLC. [1, 2]

  • Coleen Crawford serves as the multimedia director and certified forensic video technician for the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office, where she handled controversial video evidence (such as the Canton Police Department sally port video). Her business partner, Lt. John Fanning, was one of State Police Trooper Michael Proctor’s direct supervisors. [, 2]
  • What an incestual bunch, how could she do an unbiased investigation when her business partner was John Fanning and he was the lead investigator's (Michael Proctor) boss.

I got to Thinkin'

I do a lot of thinking about this case, Karen Read, her family, justice, corruption etc. Lately I have been thinking about the single most important piece of evidence which supports the position that corruption exists in all of this. The inverted sally port video. We could agrue till the cows come home why it was allowed, why a mistrial wasn't declared, why the appeal was unsuccessful etc. I'm satisfied that most of us know the answers. Setting that aside, "I got to thinkin" why isn't Colleen Crawford's name on the list of those being deposed, right below Proctor's name. It is alleged that she is the one who processed the video. That she purchased a version of video editing software soon after John's death. Does anyone on here have a theory about this??? What video editing software did she purchase, is that software able to invert a video??

Unfair Treatment of an Employee.

I have a friend she's in her 70's and she works at HEB, for aproximately one year. She is a cashier. Recently while she was entering a bunch of coupons into the register the customer skipped out. She ran to the parking lot to try and find the customer, she could not. The total amount of the sale was $254 and change. She returned to the store an reported it to her boss. She got written up, was interview by management and told she would have $6/hour taken off her $19 hourly rate for 6 months. Here's what is grossly wrong with this, and is in fact one of the ways these businesses are able to become wealthy. Six dollars per hour times the number of hours per week time 24 weeks resulted in a fine of almost $4,700 or 18.5 times the total of the the groceries the customer stole. This in effect amount a profit of $4,446 for HEB. How could a company with any conscience do such a thing. To begin with when a customer decides to do anything illegal in the store the employee should not be held responsible to detain or apprehend the offender. The offender could decide to pull a knife or a gun or just plain assault the employee. If HEB is so concerned about this sort of thing happening then they should take some of the millions of dollars in profits and hire security to do security work. Consider the facts here before you every consider working for HEB. I would like to hear from anyone else who has had a similar experience working at HEB.

Ok folks here's an update, when the incident happened she alerted the manager, as she could not complete the transaction without a manager override. The manager and my friend then went outside to see if they could find the "walk out". They could not find the person. They would not allow her to view the video of the incident!

Juror #1 - a brilliant person!

I just watched an interview with Charlie (juror #1). He was brought up in the projects, where law enforcement had a huge presence. Yet he was able to be an unbiased juror in the beginning. From the beginning of the trial he was able to note inconsistences in the prosecutions case. As the trial progressed the inconsistencies seemed to increase. He explains why each of these inconsistencies didn't add up. He has no doubt that corruption was a huge part of the investigation and lies by their witnesses on the stand all contributed to the prosecutions story which didn't make sense. He remarked about the presentation and later apology that Brennan tried to put forth as reasons for the lacerations in John's jacket. Brennan ended up making some nasty remarks about the jury after the trial, however when Charlie was asked about that, he wasn't nasty like Brennan, he pointed to the lack of evidence on the prosecution's part.

Who is financing the opposition?

For the answer to this - watch Karry Forman - "well hello everybody"

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YUseMWTTMco&t=1121s

However think about this one, in both of the first two trials Karen's team shamed the State od Mass and City of Canton. They have far greater resources than the house defendants and the cops in the civil trial. Aside from that Karen's team has the truth and the receipts and the suspicious activity of all her opponents. This story is likely going to end like those who tried to conquer Mount Everest, failed and perished!

Our Justice System is in many ways - a failure!

The world knows Proctor is a liar among other things. So I am going to assume in this latest incident he is lying or manipulating the system once again. The Judge however, can not assume this and must stick to the evidence presented in this trial. Proctor's reputation is not part of the record in this trial (yet). However I still think the Judge could have ordered the deposition to take place at 9:45 (court was delayed), immediately after the hearing. This idea of a second chance to produce evidence is BS. Why do we have attorneys if they don't know what they are doing. Attorney Hamel didn't put enough information before the court, that's his probleml, he's an attorney, he's supposed to know what he is doing and I suggest to you he knows exactly what he is doing. He had very weak evidence as to why Proctor wasn't going to show, was given a second chance and still couldn't meet the mark. This kind of stuff is what causes a severe loss of faith in our justice system. At the very least he could have ordered the deposition at 5 PM - a lot of the rest of the world works past 5 PM and on the weekends.

The Motion was filed late Friday (on purpose, I suggest) The Judge should have called a hearing on Saturday morning, resolved the issue and then the deposition could have taken place on Monday. There is no law that I am aware of that states court proceedings can not take place on a Saturday or Sunday. I think the Judge on Saturday ordered final submissons by noon on Sunday. That's working on the weekend - isn't it? The laws in this country are in effect 24/7 and in the case of last minute motions like this one the court should have the doors open. THIS IS JUST ANOTHER REASON WHY OUR JUSTICE SYSTEM IS BACKLOGGED AND IN MANY INSTANCES DOES A POOR JOB.

It Seems to Me!

This whole thing reminds me of an expression "birds of a feather........................" Why so? These civil cases seem to follow the same recipe as the double jeopardy trials. There is one exception in that the Judges in civil court are not defending either side, unlike Bev Cannone who was doing all she could to help Lally and Brennan! The similarities exist around the attorneys, in particular Dillar, stating things to the court which simply are not true. Dillar comes across as if he is trying to imitate Lally and Brennan. As well, so far, there is not one bit of new evidence which helps the cops and the house defendants. In fact the opposite has happened, there is tons of new evidence which is line with Karen's claims. As it sits, seven of those who Attorney Rosenberg has scheduled for depositions have failed to show. In my opinion, these are not scheduling issues, they are tactical. This reminds me of the lyrics in one of Roy Orbison's songs. "Runnin' scared, feelin' low" What are these people running from? I'll let you answer that.
