Rampant perennial for year round harvest?

I'm looking for things I can plant and forget about but will provide something year round.

So far I'm thinking:

Mint in the ground (i know it goes everywhere, i want it to)

Kale

Horseradish

Any other ideas of similar plants that can be planted and forgotten about but will spread a lot?

Lowering high spots?

I have a fairly uneven lawn and plan to do some sand leveling but some spots are excessively high and would require too work to raise the whole lawn 2" to meet them.

What are your suggestions for lowering these areas?

I was thinking lifting the sod digging underneath and then relaying it.

Beautiful white moth found in the garden. Like a tiny angel. ID?

Not the best photos, sorry.

Spotted NW UK.

NTD

After my post yesterday, I went with this set as a start. I'll be getting more as I need them.

5'x7' rug. Hand made in india.

I have searched for a brand matching the label and can not find anything except someone selling a label!

Type/style/age? Any extra info would be good.

Front, back, label and close up of the surface of it helps.
