As the title suggests, I've never seen this guy before. He definitely wasn't at the Manchester show in 2025. Who is he? He's insane!! I hope to see more during the Ghovie 2

How do I automatically sort by date?

https://preview.redd.it/k0jrya7wf4kh1.png?width=682&format=png&auto=webp&s=824c34dbe99138c3931dddb275fc46b4eda3976b

I have a very basic finance table that I made myself (I don't want to change any of it if needed cause it works well for me) but I want to make it so whenever I add a new date to the bottom (ie if I added something for the 1st) it would be automatically sorted to the top, I know nothing about sheets and barely worked out how to do =sum, so some help would be amazing

Regarding my last post about leaving

In my last post I talked about possibly leaving due to the commute, but I absolutely love it here. I've been told nothing but bad news about my other oppertunity (Morrisons) like people just telling me to turn and run and it didnt fill me with much confidence, despite it being almost half thr commute time to my current ASDA store

I absolutely love my position at ASDA even when the commute is tough, my coworkers are so sweet. One of them brought my a hot chocolate just before me posting this. 😭🧡

I don't think I want to leave but I have asked Morrisons to keep me in mind if I ever do decide to apply again for whatever reasons. (I initally applied for the Morrisons position BEFORE I got the position at ASDA so it was a bit of a suprise, being almost 2 months after applying)

I love the job, but...

I started at ASDA on 2nd July and I actually enjoy the job, but I've been offered an interview at a another retail supermarket that's much closer to home.

One of the biggest issues is my commute. I finish at 10pm (Used to be 11pm), the last frequent buses have already gone by then, and the next bus isn't for almost an hour. That means either waiting around late at night or walking down a very badly lit country road surrounded by back roads, which doesn't feel sustainable or safe given the area I live isn't the safest anyway.

Would it be reasonable to leave ASDA if I was offered the other job? I feel guilty because I've only been here about a month and don't want to let my manager down, but the commute is becoming a real problem, especially as a night-time carer.

Just wondering what others would do in my situation.

Been offered an interview - What should I expect?

Accidentally sent this post initally on the wrong account... Deleted the first and resending it here. 🤣

I'm currently at definitely-not-another-retail-company but the distance is too far when I'm having to finish shifts at close to midnight and the last busses have already left, and the Morrisons I've got it for is a hell of a lot closer distance from home. Like 1less bus ride closer. Anyway!

What should I expect? Any buzzwords I should know? ;P

I think I got lucky

I see so many discussions about shitty managers and colleagues but I adore my store. I've been here just under a month and whilst I keep having a look at other oppertunities, I don't see myself leaving soon. They always check up on me. They're aware I have mental health difficulties but always mindful of stuff around me. I was sick last week and whilst I couldn't call in sick they let me have it a little easier and leave earlier. Even the Night Manager is kind, had a rough night on one of my first shifts during the world cup matches (Like 300+ picks on one person) and had to call the support line and they were really helpful.

Has anyone else had a genuinly good experience working there or is it a rarity?

Whats the deal with Daisy

Is this a common thing in every store? Mine doesnt have one and it makes me sad because I'd love seeing a big ass cow on the fridges 🤣
