This time I was struggling with edging and doing that was worse. Omg

But at some point you will get tired of it all. Look in the mirror and ask why ? Why am I doing this for? What good is this bringing into my life?

I noticed days when I was bored on my phone all day or stressed, that's when the urges came but I had days where I almost slipped but always caught myself like naw, I can't do it!! stop (Masterbation). I had days where I wanted to look up some videos but caught myself like naw, I must protect the mind. If you know you're gonna feel bad right after why do it ? Why put yourself through that stress mentally, emotionally, and physically. Put that energy into working out, reading, going to the park getting some sun, ride your bike or scooter somewhere around the neighborhood, etc

If you're struggling, take it one day at a time. The fact you have "change" on your mind is a good sign. Something in you wants better. Everything is okay, take it easy and be kind to yourself. Yes, this addiction is a mess but it's truly something small that we make bigger in our lives.
