Tips? Flaking at tips 48 hours after application

hi everyone, first time buyer and first time using my polish and speed demon top coat. I got The Living Doll and it’s exactly the color I was looking for! Application was nice.

I applied two coats of polish and one coat of speed demon 48 hours ago. It’s hard to see in the photo, but already on a few tips the top coat seems to be flaking and the polish underneath is fading. I did wash several dishes in the last 48 hours and swam in a pool, but I was not expecting to see wear and tear so soon. I am just a regular girl who paints her nails lol, not a professional by any means. Any thoughts or tips? are my expectations for a 7 day manicure unrealistic?

Weird question about fasting and menstruation

I periodically do water-only fasts for 3-7 days. During my last fast (3 days in April), at approximately the 36 hour mark, I started my period unexpectedly. I was only on day 21 of my cycle, which is always very regular and typically 27-29 days long, so it was a week or so early. I had extremely heavy bleeding with huge clots for about 24 hours. It was honestly a bit shocking how heavy the bleeding was. No cramps or PMS symptoms, just bleeding that started suddenly and heavily.

Has this happened to anyone else? Any thoughts on what could have been going on? Since then, my periods have been completely normal.
