Bears can break in cars even when locked

Promise this isn’t ai. I’m a local. Lived here all my life and have never seen a bear tear a car door off while the car is locked. We have a car seat in the back and I think she smelled the crumbs in it. The bears here have been very active and quite destructive this year. Don’t really know what to do going forward to avoid this in the future. I fear her cubs are learning this behavior too.

Apple Watch and heart rate zones

Is there a way to get the app to show the amount times spent in different zones like the exercise app does on the watch?
Also, for those of you that use the Apple Watch with the app while working out, is there a way to get the app to stay at the top of the menu while exercising? Mine defaults to the bottom, so each time after every set I have to scroll to the top to look at my heart rate and time.

Gym is closed for the week

I’m thinking of getting a 12kg kettlebell to do some at home training while my gym is closed. I’m still pretty out of shape, only been back about 8 weeks now but I don’t want to take a rest week. I think there’s a lot I can do with the 12 kg kettlebell: swings, curls, tri extensions, lunges. I plan to do rows and pull overs for back, as long as the 12kg is heavy enough. Are unilateral flys on a bench a thing? I want to still hit my chest hard. I’m planning to do push ups. Any other advice would be greatly appreciated.

Question on fitness app

I have a dumb question but on the fitness app, in this “move” section, can anyone confirm if this is cumulative calories while wearing watch (basal metabolic rate and active calories)? I feel like it’s definitely too high to be just active calories and excluding the basal metabolic rate. It even feels high for the period that I wore the watch today. I’ve gotten back into a health routine and today was a rest day so I didn’t even go to the gym today. Any insight would be appreciated.

Question regarding reputations and gameplay

I am about 8-9 hours into my playthrough and I’m wondering how I should handle my reputations? I’m also trying to understand just the general gameplay. I see that the status of reputations affects your experience; for example, I’ve decided to favor Crimson Dawn. In doing that, my Pyke reputation has gone deep into bad. Toshara’s map is pretty heavy Pyke territory so everytime I pass through (because my reputation is bad, they’re hostile) my reputation with them goes down even more for trespassing. Having a bad reputation with a syndicate sort of deters you from entering their territory (which makes me want to avoid doing quests there) because the moment you enter, everyone is hostile to you. Are you supposed to hide the entire time you enter a hostile zone on the map? It’s a lot of map to try to avoid detection the entire time. I think I want to get the max reputation rewards for crimson dawn before I start working on Pyke reputation, however it’s just sort of frustrating everytime I traverse half the map I encounter hostility from the Pykes. I even got a contract to do a high risk event in Pyke territory and immediately failed upon traversing the Pyke territory on the map because my reputation flagged me hostile (and those risky contracts are only one attempt). Should I work on my Pyke reputation to get it out of bad and forego max Crimson Dawn rep, or should I just keep with Crimson Dawn and avoid the high risk Pyke contracts? I’m still trying to figure out how to play the game, and I sort of feel like I’m not doing it right. Is it possible to bump all reputations to max at the same time? If I do contracts for all syndicates, does the reputation gained for that syndicate outweigh the reputation lost against the syndicate I’m committing against?
