Anyone added in Single Arm Lat Pulldowns?

How did you get on with them? I want to specifically target the lower lat and feel that SAPs could give max contraction and a more natural path.

Would you use as a working exercise even replacing underhand pulldown or more of an accessory? I am thinking of adding a set at the end, lower the weight, and focusing on control with about a 10 reps target.

I must use a cable for this. I would use the Hammer Pulldown but my gym only has the regular type so need a horseshoe but it’s a little contrived and stretch is hard to achieve that way.

[TOMT][Documentary] tribe captures and eats tarantulas, then uses the fang as a toothpick

I watched as a kid in the UK around 1998-2002. The location was a rainforest. I think South America. There were waterfalls shown. It showed an indigenous tribe find a tarantula, use their fingers to pin it in place, then they bent its legs backwards and tied it to a stick. I think there were already several others attached to it.

It was still alive like this to cook later. After they had a meal you saw one of use the fang as a toothpick. I remember the narrator refer to it as “the world’s most exotic toothpick”.

The narrator was male, I think British accent, and had an Attenborough style.

Not sure if it was about the wildlife or the people.

Thanks
