F**k Sydney tools

Bought 7k worth of tools a week ago, sales guy sold me a milwaukee laser as a plumb dot/cross line but after I opened up the laser I realised it has no plumb dot capability.

Hasn't been used, no batteries inserted, everything in its plastic. They said no because the cardboard has a rip in it which I just taped back together.

Store manager is a fat f*** kid who has never worked a day in his life on the tools.

He said its not my fault so when I replied whos fault is it then he wouldn't take responsibility. Absolute power tripping dog.

How do I fulfil my needs in a halal way without destroying my family? Considering a second marriage

How do I fulfil my needs in a halal way without destroying my family? Considering a second marriage

I’m writing this because I genuinely feel stuck, and I’d appreciate advice from people who can respond without immediately judging or condemning me.

I’m married and we have a 3-year-old child who is the absolute world to me. One of the biggest difficulties in my marriage is the lack of sexual intimacy. My wife also struggles with psychological issues, which makes our relationship and intimacy very difficult. I don't want to go into details about her personal struggles or disrespect her, because she is still my wife and the mother of my child.

The obvious answer people give is divorce. But divorce isn't a simple solution when you have a child you love more than anything and desperately want to remain an active, present father to. I also don't want to abandon my wife because she is struggling.

At the same time, I have sexual and emotional needs, and continually suppressing them has become extremely difficult. I don't want to commit zina, have an affair, use escorts, or live a secret double life. I want to know whether there is a genuinely halal and ethical way of dealing with this situation.

This is why I've found myself thinking seriously about a second marriage.

Whenever this subject comes up online, I see people describe these marriages as "cheating with extra steps" or basically zina with a nikah attached. I understand why people have concerns, particularly when men deceive women, neglect their existing families, or enter marriages purely to use someone sexually. That's not what I want.

But I also wonder whether there are women whose circumstances and needs might genuinely be compatible with mine. For example, perhaps a divorced or career-focused woman who values her independence, has her own sexual and emotional needs, and doesn't necessarily want a conventional marriage where she starts another family or lives with her husband full-time.

If two adults knowingly and willingly entered a proper nikah, with honesty about the circumstances and with each person's rights and expectations discussed beforehand, is wanting that arrangement inherently wrong?

I'm not pretending a second marriage would be easy or magically solve everything. I'm also aware that Islam permitting something doesn't automatically mean it's wise or fair in every situation.

I just find it difficult when people immediately condemn men considering a second marriage without understanding what it feels like to spend years in a marriage where an important part of the relationship is absent. There can be a lot of loneliness behind these questions.

For those knowledgeable about Islam, or people who have actually experienced a similar situation: what realistic halal options do I have?

How can someone balance his responsibilities towards his wife and child with his own legitimate needs without oppressing, deceiving, or abandoning anyone?

I'd particularly appreciate responses from people who have navigated this themselves, including women who have been in either position. I'm looking for perspective, not validation.
