Does microdermabrasion work?
Seeing some specials on the usual clinic chains - has anyone done microdermabrasion, it is effective for sloughing away dry winter skin?

In all my years shopping at the Iconic this is the first time I’ve been asked to pay duties on a package to NZ.
It’s not much, and I’m sure the DHL link is legit. But has something changed? I thought GST and duties were covered at payment?
My company owns a few commercial properties which we have contracted to Property Manager A to manage for us.
We recently decided to switch to Property Manager B and gave notice to terminate our contract last month. PM A aren’t happy to be losing our business and are slowing it down any way they can.
PM B then told PM A that our company already shared the relevant tenancy agreements with them, so they have the tenants' contact details and want to make contact.
My question is: did my company act lawfully by sharing the tenancy agreements with PM B? I didn't think there would be any confidentiality issues, as we are a party to the agreement as the property owner.
I work in a small team of 4, manager included. One of my coworkers is the laziest, most incompetent person I've ever worked with, she coasts by doing the bare minimum and gives up on a task as soon as it's too hard for her. She used to offload her work onto me but I stopped helping her, so she got the hint and now asks our more junior coworker.
It enrages me that we're the same role/level, get paid the same, same minimal salary increases, but I get the brunt of extra tasks e.g. covering our manager's annual leave because she's not trusted to take it seriously. I've become the unofficial 2IC but I don't get any extra perks. My manager just lets her get away with it. We had an unexpectedly candid conversation about it not long ago when I hit a breaking point, and my manager agreed this coworker weaponises their incompetence. She even admitted she should empower her to take more initiative and stop holding her hand, but nothing's changed. I can't see anything changing when it's been this way for 4 years. My manager is super non confrontational, even getting her to admit she knows this person is slacking off was a big deal, because she's usually so diplomatic and avoids talking badly about other people.
My manager has 4 weeks off in July and I just know she'll ask me to cover her tasks when she's gone. Is it reasonable to suggest our other coworker cover her this time? How would I do it in a way that doesn't seem petty/personal? I'm genuinely so busy I feel like I'm drowning, while my coworker's on her phone looking at instagram for 80% of the day. It's bugging me to the point I'm ready to look for another job, which would be a shame since I actually like what I do and am good at it.
