Looking for advice

I’d consider myself left wing and a Labour voter but after sharing some frustration over the fact our government bought houses in north wales from the public and plan to house 1250 refugees in a village of 350 people a lot of people in the uni group chat have turned on me?

Can’t they not see this is an issue?

Is there a name for this?

I got ran over by a car in December 2021 all normal ct, mri scans afterwards
March 2023
Floaters in vision when running and bouts of breathlessness but I can use exercise bike fine
By December 2023
All normal cardiac tests

It took me years to learn but my symptoms are the following
Heat intolerance
Inability to walk up hills
Stairs can be an issue
Floaters in vision when running and headache at base of skull so its permanently avoided
Exercise intolerance (I can lift weights etc but can only train one muscle group per day and it’s not to failure as my nervous system will set off before complete fatigue)
Can get breathless off simple tasks
The odd chest zap here and there

I’m aware of pots but I don’t really get dizziness at all or lightheaded
What other types of dysautonomia are there?

Symptoms after a flare

Had a flare on Saturday and ever since I been getting positional chest pain like stabs in different areas
My heart checks are normal and it’s been 5 days so it’s clearly not an emergency
But it’s so frustrating it’s now Thursday and although it’s getting less it’s still lingering, how long is your nervous system fried after a flare?
Talking, deep breathing, adrenaline, pulling shoulders back can all bring on the stabs sometimes it’s so frustrating
