Virtual Hearing December 14, 2024

VA claims tracker Decision in progress, VA hotline says proposed decision awaiting final signature since July 8, 2026.

How much longer should I expect to wait for a decision? VERA says no movement since July 8, 2026. I see a ton of people getting their decisions in 60 days or less. Here I am almost 4 solid months.

BVA Appeal

Curious if anyone has any idea the time frame.

BVA Hearing Appeal Aug 2021

Virtual Hearing Dec 2024

Assigned to Judge May 1 2026

According to caling the VA. They said my Appeal is waiting for Judge to sign off and that status was July 8th. Am I truly in the "any day" or still possibly a few more weeks?

My patience is exhausted since I've been pursuing this since Sept 2018.

Looking to coverup

So im looking to get laser removal of both quarter sleeves tattoos to eventually cover with full sleeves.

I have a consultation with Removery in Charlotte NC today, and one at a beauty clinic locally in person friday. About how much should I expect to pay for complete removal or faded enough to cover-up. Both cover up tattoos are included in photos as well. I have a very good artist who's great at doing cover ups. I dont want to lose any tattoo details. Looking for some solid advice and expectations.

What is the window of time I should expect a decision. There was a small update on my issues tab recently. Not sure what it means or if it means anything.

Miami Hair Transplant

Update\*\*

Flew into Miami June 25th, was picked up in a white Mercedes suv, taken directly to Miami Hair Transplant. Filled out paperwork, did a blood lab, and was taken to the Hotel. I recieved an email of the time of my procedure at 3pm. I was greeted down stairs by a driver who brought me in at 11am. From there, they designed my hair line, assessed my donor area, and had me change into a hospital style gown. Worst part was the numbing shots. Lasted approximately 10 mins (yes it sucked but was tolerable). Then they began the extraction process. Didnt feel a thing at all. They harvested 4600 follicles. After the harvest they had me change positions, and they numbed the front of my head where the transplant was going to occur. Then they made the incisions for the hair follicles. After the incisions I was given a Cuban style lunch which was delicious. Then 2 girls went to work doing my transplant. I was in the clinic 11-930pm. It was a long day. But damn they did excellent work. They took their time and insured everything was perfect, and I was pain free the entire process. Now I speak only English, this clinic was primarily Spanish. With a few people fluid in english. The girls were practicing their english talking to me which was fun lol. Id highly recommend Miami Hair Transplant. My procedure cost was 6k for 4600 follicles. Tomorrow they will wash my head, and take me to the hotel :)

Lost ID

I lost my SC Real ID. I went and requested a duplicate and then I found my lost ID. I have a flight in 10 days and my new one will not be here in time. Can I just take my "lost" one and get through tsa? Or will the scan it and see its lost? Im flying out of Atlanta to Miami International, and then back.

Miami Hair Transplant

Alright guys. Im going to document and answer any questions going forward.

Im 33, suffering from hair thinning and loss. Currently taking trt every 10 days (amazing gym results). Ive tried the minoxidil path. It worked but the results weren't enough to feel confident without a hat. Im also taking .5mg Finnesteride long term to help save whats left on my head.

I set goals and I achieve them. I work for the railroad full time and ive been flipping pokemon cards. I told myself and everyone around me that one day here soon im getting a c8 corvette and a hair transplant. Of course they thought it was ridiculous as anyone would lol. But guess what 2 years later I got the c8 corvette, and June 26th im getting a hair transplant.

I originally was going to fly to Istanbul. But with the war going on. Im not rolling the dice. So I started to look state side. Miami FL had alot to offer. I had consultations with Care4hair but they made it seem like if there was 1 small bump on my head they would send me home. I was quoted $4200 for 3000 FUE grafts. I then spoke with esthetic hair miami. Overall I felt confident in going there but saw a few interesting reviews that left me wondering. I was quoted $6000 for up to 4500. But had to arrange flights, hotel, transportation from hotel etc. I then decided to call American Mane. I was quoted again $6000 for up to 5000 grafts but would possibly need 2 transplants to achieve desired results. Plus flights, hotel, transportation. I was happy with their honesty but figured I might as well check another place to. I called Miami Hair Transplant. They kindve wowed me. Basically he said up to 5000 grafts, possibly more if they could but promised id be amazed at the results and guaranteed their work for 10 years. They also will pick me up from the airport, provide me lodging, and transportation to and from their facility and back to the airport. Their results online look amazing, their facility looks high class and bro to bro he made me feel like hes going to make sure I never want to wear a hat again. So $6000 for hairline back to crown 5000 grafts, potentially more, hotel, and transportation included. I set off on my journey June 25th and I will 100% keep everyone updated from start to finish. Wish me luck guys.

33 with 175k ready to invest

Im in a situation where I met with a wealth management company to invest 175k of money saved. Their path was very underwhelming. Their suggestions were to max ira 7500 per year, then invest the rest in a index fund with an average return rate of 10% per year. I see alot of people mentioning VOO and a few others. If someone could help give me some sound advice id appreciate it.
