So, I remained an architect for more than 4 years and for one year I didn't have a job. I ended up getting either Senior Systems Engineer or Network Administrator/Architect job after one year. I opted for Senior Systems Engineer as the career would be more of service industry.

Here, I have implicit role as both Systems Engineer and Architect. Working without system access had been wonderful and now, as systems engineer I need access and sometimes I have to bear the administrative overhead, because once I get the access, I will be doing my job.

As a result, I am in twisted phase. I contained a pain of jobless for more than a year and didn't proceed with my own journey or start up, or gigs. I got few gigs as engineer and architecing a project map for more than 20 projects for a company as freelancer.

Now, I am perplexed and paralysed where I have ended.

What do you recommend or suggest to move forward?

Hello All,

Recently, my employer, the owner, told me that he will be extending the probabtion period from 6 months to 9 months. Is it allowed, to do that? Under what circumstances as well? I do have Urlaub scheduled in 8 month and paid the flight tickets, too.

The reason is about Mahlzeit, Teamwork, adaptability/integration, and Communication. Is it allowed, to do so?

I have received the fiktionsbescheinigung with following nebensbestimmung.

"Qualifikationsangemessene Beschäftigung erlaubt. Die Gehaltsschwelle nach § 18 g Abs. 1 Satz 1 bzw. Satz 2 AufenthG ist einzuhalten. Arbeitsplatz-/Arbeitgeberwechsel ist in den ersten 12 Monaten bei der Ausländerbehörde anzeigepflichtig. Selbständige Tätigkeit nicht erlaubt."

• What does it mean?
• Can I start working 40 hours with this fiktionsbescheinigung?
• How will the fiktionsbescheinigung be used while I work and wait for the appointment?
• What would be my tax class?
• I heard that my tax class is currently at XI and with this, it will change to Tax Class I. Though I am married but my family has never been here before.
• I intend to transit from the Dr. Walter insurance to TK. What is the procedure? At the moment, the employer has initiated the transition.

I have received a document which is for the Arbeitsbestätigung. Should this be signed and filled by the company/employer or the employee?
