Got the pill, but no plan!
Hi everyone, I am a 28yr old female whos 170lbs at 5’1. I started contrave about a month ago and I start my 2 pill, 2x a day dose this week. I dont see any progress yet but im sure its because i was never taught how to eat well. I started packing lunches and trying to meal prep but it doesn’t seem to be working. So many people say so many different things about what to focus on. Calories, macros, vegan vs meat, etc. The pill helps me resist junk and fast food but otherwise I still think about food all of the time and kind of just wing it every day.
Does anyone have a meal plan that has worked for them? I know every body is different but maybe it will give me a baseline?
