New Mayor Needed
I went down a Nexus rabbit hole and was curious if there were any mods that let you hold mayoral elections, but the only thing I can find is the Mayor mod that makes you the mayor. I don't want to be mayor, I wanna play the game, but I think it would be interesting if you could change out the mayor once in a while. Specifically I was thinking Marnie, Marlon, and Gunther would be good candidates. Maybe there would be new things unlocked with each person's specialty (Farming stuff from Marnie, Adventuring stuff from Marlon, and Lore stuff from Gunther. Willy would also be a good candidate in my opinion). But the only thing out there I can find is the Mayor Mod. If something already exists, then I would be happy, but if it doesn't I think it would be a fun project while I'm pursuing my bachelor's degree in computer science. Let me know if I'm missing or overlooking something, because I cannot find anything but the Mayor Mod when I try to Google it.
