Ano pong document yung pwede namin iprepare to prove na married na po kami? After 3mos pa po kasi ata pwede makuha yung marriage certificate namin. Baka po gahulin kami sa oras if hintayin namin yun?

My husband’s a CPA po and afaik pwede sya mag-apply ng ME? And parang nabasa ko po doon na kahit spouses din pwede mag-apply ng diretso ME? I am a business owner po pero I only have DTI as of now kasi yung mayor’s permit, medyo magulo pa yung pagkuha dahil may complications pa dito sa area ng business ko. Pwede po bang magcover letter to explain nalang yung situation?
