I’ve tried everything but she’s still thin

I’m always getting comments how she’s too skinny I’ve taken her to vet three times. She is 3 years old. She doesn’t eat table food. Ive tried pumpkin , several different kibble, three different wet foods , and chicken broth topper. She will eat around her science diet kibble and she takes about 1 1/2 days to finish her bowl. She’s happy other than that. Poops and pees normally… she just can’t gain weight.

Coaches and store leaders are the most stuck up individuals I ever met.

Regular employees doing team lead job , team leads doing coaches job and wtf do the stores leader and coaches doo? Bark orders and stand around but won’t even acknowledge you …. I know y’all probably heard this 1k times but I had to vent.

Persistent fever

My 6 year old has had a fever for 3 days now. I give her Motrin/Tylenol and her fever will go down and once the meds wear off it goes back up… her pediatrician says she’s probably just fighting off a virus. First day she had headaches , and then She threw up a couple of times yesterday and today she has body aches.
Her pediatrician didn’t prescribe any antibiotics. I just need advice and a second opinion before I go to the ER . I was going to wait till the 5th day Monday but With everything going on , I’m paranoid.
