Has anyone gone somewhere and gotten something gluten free, but then got sick?

I once got a cinnamon roll labeled gluten free, I asked if it was safe for celiacs and explained Cross contamination. The next morning I was sick, I knew it wasn't from anything else because I had only eaten things from my own kitchen that I had before.
