I’ve been working in underwriting for about 3.5 years at a bank. The job mostly involves making a lot of decisions daily while keeping accuracy and turnaround time in check.
Lately, it’s started to feel really repetitive, and I don’t feel like I’m learning anything new or building skills that would help me grow into better roles. I’ve tried applying to other opportunities, but I’m not getting much response, which is a bit discouraging.
