Manchester Airport, 200 people , two of the slowest counter staff serving both classes. The most frustrating thing was the total lack of urgency. I arrived with 12 people in front of me and it took 40minutes.
Me and my oppo on a flight ordered and paid for a hot sandwich. It never arrived and when we chased the attendant she said it’s too late in the flight to cook one. At this point it’s not a problem we simply ask for a refund. You can all guess what the idiot in uniform said! When we asked if we could swap the order for something else you can all guess what the muppets answer was to that one.
