We recently purchased a small EcoFlow. To be more easily portable. We chose it after reading great things on a couple subs .
It did not work from the minute we opened. After approximately 1 week of back & forth emails we received this email. I’m furious. When it gets to the part about “May “ be covered under warranty. WTH it’s new!
This is a message we received after messaging back and forth since I posted about this not working.
I appreciate the help I received from here.
A unit that didn’t work from moment we received it and they say it “may” fall under warranty.
The wording in this is ridiculous. We get a defective device and they may decide it’s covered by warranty?
This is first & last will we purchase from them.
It keeps showing this screen then shutting down.
What am I doing that it keeps doing this?
I wanted to charge it because the solar panel doesn’t arrive for a couple days.
