Are the Meindl Mid Journey GTX suitable for Kilimamjaro?

So these boots are category AB for low level walking. Are these suitable to wear on Kilimanjaro? Do I really need something much more suitable?

They're fully waterproof. Comfortable but I do get slightly sore toes after long hikes downhill.

Is two months enough time to train?

Relatively sedentary 30yo man but I do hikes every couple of months for a few hours. Walking 10k steps a day now.

Is two months sufficient time to prep myself? Any advice would be much appreciated

Using Garmin alongside Fitbit Air

Wondering if anyone uses Garmin alongside Fitbit. Have a Fenix 8 and was thinking of getting the new Fitbit Air to wear 24/7 for general fitness data, and using the Garmin for workouts and sending the data to Health Connect

What do you talk about when trying to hook up?

As a very deaf person, I can't listen to conversations as easily as others. I've always wondered, when guys flirt with girls with the aim of hooking up (consenual on both sides, in a club or similar environment), what do they talk about?

Like, how do they go about talking first?

Whenever I talk to girls in this environment, even when I have no interest in hooking up, they seem to have little interest in carrying on the conversation. I have a lot of female friends so I'm not being a creep, I'm just a bit stuck
