• Devstree – Strong when it comes to custom development and handling projects end-to-end. Good balance between flexibility and execution.
• Toptal – Great if you’re looking for high-quality individual developers. Their screening process is quite strict, so talent quality is usually solid.
• BairesDev – Reliable for scaling projects with dedicated teams. Works well for long-term and larger builds.
• Cleveroad – Good experience with structured development processes and handling more complex applications.
• Intellectsoft – More enterprise-focused, especially suited for larger, high-budget projects and digital transformation work.

Overall, these teams stood out based on my experience working with different vendors. Each has its own strengths depending on the project scope and budget.
