Child's iPhone parental controls with Android parent

Basically my son's getting an iPhone mini 13 for his birthday. I'm an android user no access to any apple products. So as you can imagine im struggling and never used a. Apple device in my life...

But how do you set up parental controls? I want to limit what apps he have/install. Approve apps ect... See what websites he uses or searches. Preferably remotely. But most importantly see his location.

On his current android I have Norton, Life360 and Google family link and it seems to cover everything.

When I've added his new apple account on the phone, and tried to enable screen time. There's no option to enable a password/pin.

Any suggestions?

Just passed 1st Niceic Inspection

The opportunity came to become a QS, I was the only one of our team of 4 to put my name forward (rightly or Wrongly) I had thought about doing this before.

I've told my employer I'm only prepared to sign off the members within my team, I may sign off the other if needed in rare cases I spoke to the assessor he said push them ones back for a week - if possible.

I've said I'm not wanting to manage or supervise people operationally. I understand some supervising will be needed under this role, I'm hoping this can be done when I work with them on jobs.

They're going allow me to decide how and when I carry out this extra role. And say they are going to recruit one more we're struggling to keep up with demand as is. I can work these duties onsite, at home or the office(least preferred option)

This month there's been 20 certificates a 3rd of them are my own so I don't think the extra duties will be overload.

What advise can you give?

I currently use Google one and have done for since I can remember I have 360gb of data on the cloud. Mostly photos. I use Microsoft OneDrive (free version) for files. I use the office web apps which works ok.

I wonder if I'd be better moving all my Google stuff to Microsoft? I can't really see if there's any benefit to having Google one when I could just have everything on Microsoft, then have the proper word and excell?

I don't use Gemini, not sure if there's a free version? I do use Copilot alot more than I probably should?

Is there any disadvantages to loosing Google one? I'm a android pixel 8 user. Not sure if that makes anything different?
