I have my A&O tomorrow and I really need biochem to stay on track for my MCAT but there’s only a couple dozen seats left so I was wondering if anyone has any tips for securing a seat as efficiently as possible during my registration since I’ve never registered for classes with UW before and have no idea what I’m doing. thank you to everyone who has wise words 🙂‍↕️

I lost my irrigation syringe and I’m 3 weeks post op with huge holes on both bottom sides still. Are there any alternatives I could use? I already checked local pharmacies for a replacement but there was nothing.

I’ll be moving into my apt early august by school and I’m wondering how I could meet some people before then to explore the city before we get super busy with school. I really enjoy punk shows but I tend to have trouble making friends at them but I heard there’s apps to make friends now and I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for those or any other gatherings/social events to get to know people? :)

I’ve heard for UW placement tests aren’t required but encouraged but i’ve already taken up to calc 2 at cc and that was just last year. I’m planning on taking calc 3 at some point but not likely within the next couple quarters as I’d want to brush up on calculus first since it’s been a year. I just don’t want to take it and then to put me a lower level class when I already got an A in calc 2 so do you think I could just skip it? (pre-science/bio major btw). let me know what you guys think!

I got accepted into uw bothell today as a transfer for biology. I would love to go to uw seattle but I only have 20 days to accept my bothell offer and I’m wondering what I should do if UW seattle DOESNT get back to me in 20 days. should I just go to bothell? do you think it would genuinely take another 20 DAYS to get a response?

I’m a bio pre-science transfer applicant and I’m wondering if anyone else has heard back yet. I’m super nervous about decisions because I only have a 3.75 even though i’m finishing my AS this quarter. If anyone’s heard anything let me know!
