How do you deal with over regulated categories?

Hello guys.

I am still in the beginning of my journey on selling on Amazon UK.

Right now I am researching products using Helium 10.
Every product that I find is somehow over regulated. I mean for example I saw someone selling a game cards, with only 1 picture on amazon and only 7 reviews, still making 10k revenue a month. And I was like HOW? You don't even understand what kind of game it is. It has literally only 1 picture, a short title and no description of the product and still making 10k.

So I decided I will look into it, and started checking what regulations are there to sell this product. Seems you have to do (Testing, Inspection, and Certification through Amazon-approved TIC. Because it goes under Toys category.

I mean almost every category I check and then read through or ask AI about regulations, seems there are dozens of regulations. I mean how do you guys deal with these regulations? Especially for Beauty and Health there tons of regulations.

Also do you guys think I really have to register a LTD in UK for selling on Amazon UK? I am based in Germany.

Thank you in advance.
