i box black dyed my hair a couple months ago and as good as it looked, it became a pain in the ass for me because im used to dying my hair different colors alot. i recently did this pink peekaboo after bleaching my head like 6 times and fried tf out of my hair, the upper part is still black and i havent dyed it from like 2 months. however, i need to get rid of the black and go back to red and i DONT want to bleach my hair. ive tried a bleach bath w 20 vol developer but it rarely lifted any color. can anyone recommended me a hair dye which shows up good on black dyed hair?

im a university student, just completed my first year and i really need a remote job. im skilled in microsoft (not a big expert), i can work on excel such as cleaning up data and using formulas. along with that, im good at making power bi dashboards. i also do graphic designing and really skilled in canva. can you guys please recommend me some websites where i can find some good jobs?
