Recessed Lighting “hacks”?
I’d like to put a cool chandelier or pendant light in my attic bedroom, but it has recessed lights. I’ve scoured Amazon, etc. but isn’t there some sort of “faux chandelier” I could just put over it? You can see the one behind it has a cover. Looking for ideas that aren’t permanent.

Here I am again in this downward spiral. Disappointing the people I love, barely doing my job, ignoring all responsibilities. Cancelling therapy appointments and staying in bed for days without showering. I hate it so much. I want to not be here. I want to not feel like this anymore. I’m safe, I’m not going to hurt myself, but I wish I could without any repercussions on my family and friends. Love to you all for bearing this miserable existence ❤️
