Anyone else finding Agile ridiculously expensive lately?

It’s been constant highs of 40p and even 50p with prices well into the 30s and high 20s even into the night. Fixed is actually cheaper at the moment.

Will Agile come down as autumn approaches? I really hope so, because otherwise I may as well switch over to fixed.

I live in a 1 bed flat and usually do save with Agile (albeit not as much as someone with a villa and batteries etc, but a saving is still a saving!). Just wondering if anyone knows from experience whether prices are expected to improve as we head into autumn and also why is agile so bad nowadays?

Anyone else walk out of FLK1 feeling like they guessed most of it... and still passed?

Just sat FLK1 and honestly feel like I guessed a huge chunk of it.

Has anyone else felt the same after sitting it and still passed?

I've done around 11 mocks with QLTS and ReviseSQE and was generally scoring in the 60–70% range, so I went in feeling reasonably prepared. But during the actual exam, I felt like I barely knew anything.

A lot of the questions felt very surface level, or I'd know the topic that they were asking about but couldn't recall the precise rule or detail needed to distinguish between the answer options because they all seemed so similar.

My paper also felt really tax heavy, and tax is by far my weakest area, so that definitely didn't help my confidence 😭

Would be good to hear if anyone else felt the same coming out of FLK1 and/or still ended up passing.

ReviseSqe mocks

Hi all,

I just did an FLK1 Revise SQE mock. I got 66% on the first part and 63% on the second part. I did them two days apart rather than back-to-back because I am honestly too exhausted, and timing isn’t really an issue for me.
Is that a good position to be in?

I just feel like there’s still so much to learn and so much that I don’t know, but I’ve accepted that I can’t realistically know everything.

How’s everyone else doing? Thoughts? Prayers too

Anyone else scoring lower on ReviseSQE than QLTS?

I have the QLTS package and I'm getting mid to high 50s on their mocks. But I just did the ReviseSQE mocks, and I got 48%??

I was under the impression that ReviseSQE was supposed to be the easier provider, so I wasn't expecting to score much lower on those.

I don't know how to interpret this...I'm starting to panic..

FLK 2 SRA Sample question Land Law question

Why is the answer C? I thought Leases under 7 years act as overriding interests.

Thank you.

A freeholder (‘the Landlord’) granted a ten year headlease to a tenant.

After a year, the tenant, with the Landlord’s consent, granted a sublease for a term of five years to a subtenant.

Two years later, the tenant surrendered its headlease to the Landlord.

Which of the following statements best describes the position of the subtenant?

A. The subtenant’s sublease is extinguished.

B. The subtenant becomes the immediate tenant of the Landlord on the terms of the headlease.

C. The subtenant becomes the immediate tenant of the Landlord on the terms of the sublease.

D. The subtenant becomes the immediate tenant of the Landlord on the terms of an overriding lease.

E. The subtenant’s sublease is forfeited.

How is the SQE question bank of YourLegalLadder?

Hi, I’ve come across YourLegalLadder, which has an SQE question bank. It’s around £15 pcm.

Has anyone used it, or can let me know if it’s any good?

Hi everyone, what do we think about the free 45 sample questions in the ULaw app?

I scored 52% (counting FLK1 questions only), which I’m not too happy about to be honest. I just wanted to know whether these are made trickier on purpose or if that’s about the standard level, and what you guys have been getting on it?

I’m lowkey panicking as there’s only around 2 months left 😅

For context: I’m sitting SQE1 in July 2026. I’m with QLTS and have just finished FLK1, and will start FLK2 in the next few days. The plan is to finish all the materials by early June so I have the whole of June and a bit of July for mocks and heavy revision.

I’m doing okay overall, scoring around 51–53% in the two FLK1 mocks I’ve done with QLTS so far. Planning to do more as I really focus on revision.

Thank you.
