After a miserable 50+ catches before getting the Lucky Egg (and a failed Shiny Venomoth) I was ready to just catch the first Dragonair I saw and call it quits there - but Arceus blessed me with that 5% Dragon Fang and I can leave the Safari Zone behind me with nothing missed out on 💪

I noticed Dragonair was catch 70 in my Dex so I thought I'd check in with Oak to see what he said - like I hadn't just been fishing for hours to be able to catch this thing 😒

Got rightly punished for it too with Encore

My first time building a Trick Room team so open to suggestions.

Speed on Farigiraf is to get her just faster than Alcremie so she can pick up a Decorate before and after Trick Room set up and then blast most everything in the way.

Camerupt I'm still tweaking stats and nature on; atm her attack is just high enough to clear Mega Zard Y with Rock Slide.

I'm not totally sold on Primarina's support stuff; I'm kind of tempted to swap one for Rain Dance with how much Sun has been ruining my day at times.

And HP has been set as is for them to try and maximise heals from Life Dew/Hospitality whilst still letting me avoid key some OHKO/2HKO match ups; I've been using the damage calc on Champ Teams for reference.

Thankfully I won the match, but still

Edit: As NinjaBlueJay has pointed out below, Sableye getting No Guard meant it was guaranteed to be hit with Fissure, whoops 😅
