Income Surpassed ROTH IRA Limit. Advice needed!

Im in a predicament where by year end my wife and I will be below the $242k Roth IRA contribution limit. However, I have stock comp available that has ballooned up to $200k+ and I should likely sell some (it’s about 1/3 of my net worth so pretty substantial). However, if I sell then I will no longer be qualified to contribute to roth.

Both my wife and I have been contributing to our roths this year which makes things complicated as I have no idea how to “back out” those contributions (investing through fidelity).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Opening an Ice Cream Business - Pros, Cons, Questions

Not sure if anyone in this group runs their own ice cream business but really curious about it. The ups, downs, unexpected, etc. Wife and I are always experimenting with ice cream flavors and would love to open a stand someday but curious to hear how doing that is. TYIA!

Hyatt or United for Tokyo?

My wife and I have about 300k miles combined. We are planning on going to Japan next May and trying to decide how to use points.
I found flights with united that are 55k miles each way (220k miles total) and I know hyatt hotels are great in Japan.

Is it worth moving points to United and buying flights NOW or wait till the trip gets closer? I fear if I wait then hyatt hotels with points will get booked. TYIA!

Stadium Plaza Shopping Center

Moved to Belvidere a month ago and curious why there arent more businesses in the Stadium Plaza Shopping Center. Seems like the only redeeming quality is the Market Basket and Marshalls. Has anyone heard of any potential businesses that might move in there? Would be cool if it was revitalized but from what ive heard it has been rather desolate for a lonnnnng time

Mini Splits and Solar?

Im considering adding solar AND mini splits. Has anyone had experience with both? Is it possible to overproduce enough in the summer months to bank a credit for winter while using heatpumps and basically spend $0 year-round?
