Goals for my final year of high school.

I was more productive than I had ever been in junior year, and it turned out to be the most successful year academically and athletically. Could you give me any goals to try and complete, whether they are niche or not?

Goals for my Unc season

I think the title pretty much speaks for itself: I'm gonna try to set and complete some goals as a fun thing for senior year. I already have some for the list, but please suggest me any goals to complete, niche nor not, I will consider it (unless it's just outright illegal).

Training plan might be ruined.

I had a training plan set out for me, as I am competing in a meet in 11 days. The problem is, however, the air quality. The wildfires in Canada have caused a decrease in the quality of air in where I live, and I'm afraid it's going to ruin training for me. Any suggestions?

Running form in the last 100 of a 400.

I run 51s consistently in the 400 meter dash, and in the last 100, my head tends to go all over the place. I keep looking up and down and it's like I'm nodding while I'm closing my eyes, but I feel like looking down can push me to go faster. When I tried to maintain my head in a single position, I felt like I didn't go as fast as I could, and I ended up running a 52 high. What should I do?

How do we get together?

Me (17M), and my senior (18F) have been talking for about two months now. We've made progression, getting closer and all that, but whenever we hang out, we usually have two other people with us (like a sort of friend group), so it was really hard to get close close with her. Recently, I asked her out to watch a movie with just the two of us, and I planned to tell her I wanted to make "us" official. We actually went and had a great time, but I got a call from my captain demanding I showed up to soccer practice because my idiot self forgot that I had soccer that day, and I sort of messed it up. We eventually finished the movies, and I couldn't get her to dinner like I had planned, so I was extremely bummed out. That night, I realized how cooked I probably was if actually did ask her to be my girlfriend, because I when I tried to simulate what I would say, I couldn't even find my own words, and I just didn't know how to speak (mind you I was practicing with no one around).

How do I really get out of this talking stage? I feel like she likes me as well, and I just don't want to keep her waiting.

I (17M) currently like someone in the grade above me (18F). We are on the same track and field team and have some great chemistry. Recently I have felt like she's been acting in ways that girls don't usually act around me, even extremely close friends. After one of our track and field competitions, the boys and the girls went on separate buses. We saw each other from the window, and she threw a heart sign at me. She also tends to start small conversations whenever we saw each other in the hallways or in the same classroom. Eventually, we started to talk more as the season went by, especially during competitions, but it was really nothing but small talk (sports, school, etc.). During one competition, my hoodie was on top of a blanket, and she asked if it was mine, which I replied yes to. She then used it as a pillow. Now, last competition was where I started to question this. After running the 4x400 relay, I was hyperventilating because it was one of the most painful races of my entire life. Out of nowhere, she tackles me to the ground (like the way you see in the NFL). All of these might be signs right? Well, the reason why I'm confused about this is because first, she is a very social person. She frequently talks to all of the boys in the track team, and I'm not kidding you when I say this, she has the ability to talk to literally anybody. The things she would talk about with other people were no different than our conversations too. One time, we all had to share a bus, and some people had to sit on the floor. She and one other guy unfortunately had to do that, and what intrigued me was that she kept caressing that guy's knee on the way there. She also leaves me on read a lot, which is not really a good thing in my opinion. So yeah, this is a situation of "Does she like me, or is she nice to everybody?" This is genuinely the first time I've liked someone this much and had the other person do more than just simple small talk, so is there a chance?
