Shader compilation: welcome back to the game

Picking the game up for the first time since October and looking forward to starting a new character, hit with the lengthy shader compilation (running an i7 9700k so it takes a while) and a forced restart for the latest update, just for it to relaunch and have to compile shaders again.

I love this game and the fps was never too much of an issue for me even at launch (except shader compilation stutter funnily enough) but my god I hate UE5.

Update: since starting my new character (in the prologue) I have paused the game twice and compiled more shaders each time after more shader compilation at the character select screen, my god.

[EU] New ilvl 253 player looking for progression and chill guild

Europe (UK): Bnet WheelyMan#2512

Been playing the hell out of this game recently, only started in March and have 4 lvl 90s and two over 250 ilvl characters (elem sham and ret pal).

Reached the point where I wanna give mythic + a go, but don't really know where to start and don't have a guild, so would like to join an active guild looking for active (but also employed lol) players.

Play pretty much every day for at least an hour or two, and like I said looking to get into mythic dungeons, convo or just chilling.

Having played lots of Destiny raids I would also like to get into WoW raiding a little, but with no WoW raiding experience it's a little intimidating as idk any one else who plays this game.

Watched some vids showing how to beat her, and I have gotten to the last stage twice now, getting her to 6% and 2% health where she then suddenly starts healing to full HP. I'm ilvl 229 elemental shaman, am I simply missing a bit of damage or is she gonna keep doing this? I saw no mention of this mechanic in either of the guide vids I watched, both of which were posted since 12.0.5 went live
