Hello Everyone, I’m a 21M. Been dealing with severe HS on crotch & groin since middle school. I recently (6-8 months) have stopped drinking Milk, which i used to drink daily. This has dramatically changed my life. I don’t get flare ups really ever, still the occasional cyst now and then but the difference is night & day. Im not here to tell you guys this is a cure for HS but it has worked so well for me that i figured that i would put it out there for everyone to see hoping it could relieve symptoms for anybody. I still eat dairy daily but it seems as if milk was the main cause for me.
