This is part of Rodolfo Damaggio's concept art for The Last Jedi. I flipped through the Visual Guides for the Sequels but couldn't find a species that looked similar. It reminds me the most of the Tostonian from Kenobi, but there seem to be some differences between the two, aside from the colour.
The only thing I found on Wookiepedia were Phosovane salts which might actually be what is referenced here, since salt seems to be a very valuable item on Shakari, so advertising that you offered it at your restaurant etc. would make sense.

The seller is Amazon and the price is 53 Euros, which is a basically the same price as the average Black Series Two-Pack on Hasbro Pulse. It is scheduled to ship between the 28th of August and the 28th of December. The figure has 15 Accessories which are 3 Heads, 4 Helmets, 3 "Shoulderpieces" (probably pauldrons?) one Emporer Palpatine Hologramm and the rest are most likely weapons. It's said to be inspired by the Clone Wars Series, so it might not be the standard clone body. The Item Code is G2541, G2540 was the Purge Trooper and Patrol Troopee Two-Pack.
Could this be an indication for a potential release date in 18 months?
