Help: Tonearm drops too fast and needle bounces after upgrading from AT-VM95E (green) to AT-VM95ML (red). Video attached.

Hey everyone! I'm having an issue with my turntable (Audio-Technica AT-LP120X). Today I decided to upgrade my stock green stylus (AT-VM95E) to the red one (AT-VM95ML).
The problem is that ever since the swap, when I lower the cueing lever, the stylus seems to drop a bit too fast, and when it hits the record, it bounces instead of settling smoothly into the groove.
What exactly causes this? Did I miss an adjustment step when changing the stylus, or is it a sudden issue with the cueing mechanism itself?
Here's a video with more details so you can see exactly how it bounces. Any advice on how to fix this so I don't damage my new stylus would be greatly appreciated!

Is this high-pitched grinding noise normal on a brand new Ninja Luxe Cafe? (Video attached)

just got a replacement Ninja Luxe Café Pro, but as soon as I went to grind for an espresso, I noticed it makes a very weird, high-pitched whining noise that my previous unit didn't make.
The coffee is dispensing completely fine and the output looks normal, but the sound is driving me a bit crazy. I tried adjusting the grind size to see if it was just friction from grinding too fine, but the noise won't go away at all regardless of the setting.
For those who own this machine, is this normal for a brand new unit while the burrs break in, or did I get a dud? I'm adding a video (IMG_4661. mov ) so you can hear it. Thanks!
