I was adjusting the tension on my chain last night and was confused on whether I need to do it on the center stand or not?

I did my adjustment on the center stand since the manual suggests that all the weight needs to be off the rear wheel. The manual states that the measurements should fall between 30mm-40mm (1.1"-1.5") but this is way too tight.

Are the measurements listed in the manual supposed to be when the bike is off the stands altogether?

Does anyone have any idea of when the ratification vote is supposed to take place? I have a trip coming up in 2 weeks and would hate to scramble looking for a replacement flight if they vote against the tentative agreement and return on strike.

Has anyone installed catless headers on their 24 & up 900 yet? There isn't to menu options at the moment for these years but looking to see if anyone has and what they've noticed to be different.
