Eta2824 spacer issues
I really cannot understand how this spacer works. There are 2 holes on each side but the small spacer+screws wont fit. Also if i use small spacers on the movement itself to the spacer it wont fit either. I must be missing something incredibly stupid...

Cleaning an old watch crown
Guys, I am currently servicing an old zodiac. Managed to service the movement just fine but had to replace the stem as it snapped off. The problem im having is that a small part of the stem is still in the crown and it seems to be set in among old glue. Put it under the microscope and I was trying to move it out with a needle as there seems to be a bit of movement. Any ideas how I can deal with this? Ideally I would like to keep the same crown.
I'm hesitant to use alcohol or other chemicals due to the gold plating.

New Player - HK is giving me EldenRing vibes
I have been hearing about HK for a while but I never really looked into it. Until my teenage nephew told me that it will blow my mind....so I decided to give it a try.
I absolutely love the music score and the feel to it. The story and lore builds up slowly and entirely depends on your exploration. Truly giving me Eldenring vibes, even losing 800 geo to some random spikes (coz I cant spike jump properly) is like ER lol.
I can't believe I slept on this game for so long. Haven't explored much yet only made it to the Mantis zone but I'm loving it, especially boss fights.

Ranking system confusing
I do not understand the ranking system. I place top 3 every game in terms of kills even the rounds lost but I cant get past overseer 1. It only takes 1 loss in a free for all to lose all the points gained from the previous 4 wins. Also how do you actually get ranked points? I read somewhere you need over 1000 rp for celestial. The game tells you no information

38m male need help
Hello, I am a 38 year old male seeking fitness advice. As you can see from the photo my fitness is rubbish. I barely have any muscle in my upper body, nor my legs. Since having my son I've also developed some fat around my belly and handles. I weigh 68kg, 173cm tall and probably my body fat % is somewhere around 30% I guess. I've always been thin but never in shape or athletic.
The thing I hate the most is how tired I get doing just normal day to day stuff. And with another kid on the way I want to "look" like a proper dad.
I have a few dumbells at home and a really old allin one gym machine which I got from a friend. So chatgbt suggested I do recomp. I stick to 1800-2000 daily calories + 130g of protein and working out every 2 days which I started. But Im having doubts whether I should bulk instead. Most probably whichever I do I will get something out of it since my fitness level is so low that Im bound to get some gains lol.
But I keep seeing these insane transformations online and I wonder if I could do the same.

Gemstone Build - Custom FrameG
Made another gemstone build. This time I did not polish the outer frame. Instead I applied polishing paste 6000grit and buffed it on a rotating jig. Managed to match the texture of the case. Gemstone isnt fully centered but not bad. Will improve this build.
