I know from the hairdryer that it has a removable mesh filter that collects dust over time and needs to be cleaned to prevent overheating.

With the Mini Cool, I can’t seem to remove the filter, so how is this supposed to be maintained? Dust trapped inside the filter obviously won’t just magically disappear, so I’m trying to understand the proper way to clean it.

I bought an X2D and AMS 2 Pro Combo, and right out of the box the AMS 2 Pro had feed issues.

After some back and forth with Bambu, they sent me a new internal hub and expected me to DIY repair a brand-new device myself. After around 12 hours of tinkering and replacing everything, and now almost one month after my original purchase, the AMS still does not work.

I have double-checked the guides and even watched YouTube videos, but the AMS 2 Pro with the replaced hub still refuses to grab filament at all. It does not even try.

I am beyond frustrated. This whole situation has taken so much time and has been an awful experience. I honestly do not know what to do anymore. Why are customers expected to repair brand-new devices themselves? It has been a month, and it still is not working.
