How would you feel if...
Chapter 7 Weird Route (Side B) started not with Kris and Noelle across the lake but instead with your vessel walking out of the water?

Everytime I play Darktide or Space Marine 2 or hear more bits of 40k games, all I can think of is the urge to just wanna grab the boyz and tear it down!
"As part of the dlc! these space mari-" WAAAGHHH!
"IN THE NAME OF THE LEX-" YOU'Z GONNA GET KRUMPED!
"Chaos will subsume all!" NOT IF GORK AND MORK SAYZ SO!
SBTeef was a great Ork game but I need MORE! I want to keep fighting Imperium and Chaos while chatting shit and getting drunk, it just doesn't feel the same when everyones just miserable or prancing about a higher purpose when the most fun experience comes from talking shit and slapping things.
Man I need totalwar40k now, or more Orc stuff for warhammer 3. DANG!
I always found the character to be intriguing as an antagonist and always viewed them from an analytical standpoint. However, after Episode 9, I can't help but hate Jax for everything he's done. The absolute worst type of person you can imagine when it comes to relationships is Jax.
From manipulating and isolating Ribbit and removing any pillars of support possible for her (hogging Kaufmo for every task, using DARVO against her in the globe: "YOU'RE THE ONE MANIPULATING ME!"), to telling Kaufmo to never believe her.
To then belittling Kaufmo and Ragatha when they reached out to him (they both told him they would be there for him, to which he belittles Kaufmo, and the screen cuts to black on Ragatha looking traumatized, which might imply he said something completely detestable to her).
Followed by immediately bullying Gangle the second she spawns in, with both Rag and Kaufmo looking at him in concern/shock, with Kaufmo's last line being that of wanting Jax's help and Jax laughing him off as Kaufmo walks in shame and alone like Ribbit.
Then we follow the main adventures, and well, we all know how awful he becomes.
Jax abused, neglected, slipped on a mask, and hated everyone for being themselves, all because he thought they'd use his trauma against him. So what's he do in return? He abuses everyone else and either got them killed or did exactly to them what he projected onto them.
He's like Jimmy from Mouthwashing, minus the no-no Anya bits. Makes up a problem, projects it onto everyone else, and then turns it all into a living hell while trying to be a fake version of himself that's nothing like his true self.
The only redeeming aspect was at his abstraction, when he realized how much of a turd he was and actually grew to regret it all (unlike Jimmy). Rather than quadruple down, he actually admitted he was wrong, even desiring to stay with the members. In an ideal world, Jax would've been "The Funny One" and opened up fully to be his true self, but ultimately he didn't. He was an abuse-perpetuating prick who got what he deserved.
Let his tale be a cautionary one for those who should steer clear of people like him. And if you relate to him like I do—let's, be better people and not let our past hold us down.
PS: Caine did what Jax couldn't which is ironic since I hated him more than Jax initially lmao.
