Afraid to trigger an outbreak

Hi everyone,

Mainly looking for a "me too!"

I suffered from very painful dyshydrosis on my hands and fingers for 3 years before I found and eliminated my triggers. I've been mostly symptom-free for a year now.

Does anyone else fear using new products on any part of their body because that product is usually applied using your hands? (I can't use gloves)

There are facial products and body exfoliators in particular that I want to try but am afraid that they might trigger my hands. Anybody else? Or have you found an alternative?

Newly diagnosed - looking for resources

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for information to plan healthy meals and I'm having trouble finding objective(unsponsored) information.

I'm at a phase in my life where I don't have enough energy for elaborate meal prep so I'm looking for easy simple meals.

I see a dietician, but it will be a bit before I see her again.

Also, has anyone found a low carb ready to drink shake that doesn't contain whey or hemp (I'm allergic to both)

Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

At home we have codes for other situations and I think my peri crazy needs it's own code word. Do you have one? Bonus points for humor/sarcasm.
