did a full blind taste test for the coffe brand im working on with my flatmate this weekend, things escalated
been trying to nail a ready to drink coffee recipe for weeks now real arabica, real milk, 15g protein, zero added sugar, none of that chalky protein shake ka taste. finally made 4 batches this weekend (cold brew, vanilla hazelnut, tiramisu) and poured them into shot glasses with random letter labels so neither of us knew which was which made my flatmate do a proper blind test with me, no cheating no peeking, purely taste and vibes. felt like some low budget cooking show fr. best part we both picked the same glass as favourite without knowing it was the same batch just need more mouths than just ours to confirm we're not delulu about which one's actually good
