It never ceases to surprise me when I order something from EcoFlow and they use FedEx is the shipper that when it arrives, it is practically destroyed in the box. I’m not sure why FedEx has this flat out. Disregard for people’s packages, but this is how it arrives. I don’t know if it’s the machinery or the people. Personally, I think that FedEx has competitions between its drivers to destroy packages as hard as possible before delivery. Eco, you need to get them on a conference call and get this sorted out. I have a sneaky suspicion that this is why a lot of people report their packages as defective or have failures after delivery. You could probably remediate this easily by switching carriers.
