Need Advice on Myntra Not cancelling my order and giving my money back.

Hi All,
I ordered a 1-gram Kalyan Jewellers gold coin from Myntra on 29 July 2026, with the promised delivery date of 8 August 2026.
Despite contacting Myntra customer support more than 10 times, I was repeatedly assured that the issue would be resolved within the next 24 hours. However, my order continued to remain stuck in the “Shipped” stage with no actual delivery.
Two days ago, after waiting for almost a month and receiving no proper resolution, I finally decided to cancel the order, especially since my credit card payment is now due and ₹14,600 has already been charged.
Unfortunately, even after two days and multiple follow-ups with Myntra, the order has still not been cancelled and my refund has not been initiated.
I am extremely frustrated with the lack of resolution and repeated false assurances from customer support.
Can someone please advise me on what legal action I can take against Myntra in this situation? I simply want my ₹14,600 refunded as soon as possible.
Any guidance on approaching the consumer forum, filing a complaint, or escalating this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
