Magnesium Glycinate vs Mag L-Theornate for sleep disorder?

Im someone with lupus with no relapse from 5+ years. Living healthy active life. Ive been having this sleepless nights situation for more than 6 months. I workout 4x a week does 10k steps daily and I calorie count all my meals. After having gone through intense workout sessions i just couldnt fall asleep. I tried mag glycinate 2caps of 240mg it makes me more alert my brain races with thoughts. Even if i fall sleep i wake up to the slightest of noise and cant go back to sleep again. Then I doom scroll on my phone, after few hours my body jus gives up if im lucky i get may be an hour sleep. im just surviving on 1-3 hrs sleep per night. Note I finish my workouts by 6 pm and i usually go to bed by 11pm. This is my schedule for years. From last 3 days i started Mag L-theornate 2000mg in magtein form 144 elemental mag. Bottle suggests to take 2 caps at night and 1 during day but with that dose im feeling fatigued groggy. So jus doing 2 caps at night. I say its working better i can sleep from 11pm to 6am. Much better than where i was before. Is this grogginess common? Few say its adjustment phase and should get over in couple weeks. The more i research the more articles pop up that mag gylcinate is more studied and safe than mag l- theornate. As someone with lupus i want to take these supplements with caution. Atp im stuck in a loop, without 7-8 hr sleep im worried about lupus relapse and other health issues. Mag glyecinate looks safe but that has opposite effects on me. L-Theornate works but i feel fatigued and not sure if its widely used for sleep issues.
