Missouri Hunter some guidance please

EDIT:
Title should say Missouri hunters. I live in northern Wisconsin.

Some family members (Dad and his Brothers) recently bought a few hundred acres near Worth on NW Missouri. They of course manage it for deer hunting.

How’s the Pheasant population in that area? They said they’ve seen lots of quail so intend to head down there in early November with my new Lab.

There are some ponds on the property so we would probably lay duck hunt the mornings and then do some upland. The nearest public land I see that might have Pheasant is the Emmett and Leah conservation area. Had anyone ever hunted it or know of any other public land near Worth for Pheasant?

Hot Streak

Decided to buy the Star Pass since I had 35,000 stars saved up so should be safeish for the special shop. So far simming my 15 league balls I have pulled two DST's. Neither one was overly useful but still. And then got the free Diamond Skill Trainer too that I forgot about. Got one of the new legend skills none of my guys have so that's in the reserve (Tenacious Battle).

Winter Brown and Brook trout (non migratory) Advice

So since I sold my boat I have been trout fishing a bit more. It's too hot right now in Northern Wisconsin to trout fish right now so I am looking into options for this winter.

I live less than an hour from one of the best trout rivers in the state. It has an early catch and release season that opens early January. Entire river closes to fishing in mid october.

So it is a great place to go and do some catch and release winter fishing. Mostly Brook and Brown Trout, with the occasional Rainbow but not very common. These fish live in the river, mostly stocked with the brookies also being some wild ones.

Do eggs and spawn sacs work in the winter even when they aren't fish coming out of Lake Michigan or Superior? I know there are some Lake Michigan tributaries that are open year round but that's a longer drive and would need some more extensive scouting.

Wader Alternatives for Big Foot Size

I have a pair of heavy neoprene waders for duck hunting with boot feet. Obviously wearing them in the summer or hiking any distance in them absolutely sucks. I have looked into stocking foot waders but I am typically a size 15 or 16 US foot size and I can't find much.

What do you guys use for waders in hot weather? Just some waterproof shoes and some sort of waterproof pant?

Little background. My grandmother just passed away, grandpa did 4 years ago. I am a 4th generation car dealer. My great grandfather started our first store (Plymouth Desoto) in 1945.

My grandpa got this car in on trade on the 80s and restored it.
